What if I am traveling/not at home?

In order to ensure smooth delivery, we will send you a form before each delivery, please confirm whether you are available during the delivery time. If you cannot receive the goods in an emergency, please contact our WeChat customer service: NESTMiiUS in time. Don't worry, we will make up for the products that were missing due to unacceptable delivery in subsequent deliveries.

When can I receive the bird's nest?

After receiving your first month's monthly fee, we will arrange delivery for you on the nearest delivery date.

Delivery times vary slightly by region:

  • LA area: Delivery every Friday
  • Bay Area: Delivery every Thursday
  • Mail: Delivered every Wednesday

What is the specific delivery time?

In LA, within the Bay Area, the driver will deliver to you between 12pm-8pm on the delivery day, and will contact you as soon as possible after delivery. If you find any problem within 2 hours after receiving the goods, please keep the package and contact us via Wechat: NESTMiiUS.

How do I unsubscribe?

You can submit unsubscribe information through our google form , and our customer service will contact you as soon as possible to help you unsubscribe

Can the shipping address be changed?

If you need to change the delivery address, please contact our customer service at least 48 hours before the delivery date. Once your shipping address change is confirmed, we will deliver the item to your new address on the next delivery day. (Please note that additional charges may apply depending on the region, please consult our customer service for details.)

What should I do if the goods cannot be delivered due to bad weather?

If delivery is not possible due to inclement weather, we will arrange delivery for you as soon as the weather improves. Thank you for your understanding and patience!

What if I want to order more products?

You can place an order on the official website , Airmart or contact WeChat customer service: NESTMiiUS.

I can't finish so many bottles at one time, can you send me another one every month?

If you want to increase the number of deliveries, please contact WeChat customer service: NESTMiiUS to adjust your monthly fee (additional fees may be charged according to your region)

What if I need to mail it?

If your delivery address is not within the delivery range of LA or the Bay Area, please choose the mail service, and please note when paying. If you choose the mailing method, you may pay an additional shipping fee according to the package and region
