14. How to change an order

17. 燕窝里面有毛怎么办

18. 瓶子可以回收么

    为了大家的安全,我们不提供瓶子回收,避免接触,但瓶子本身是属于可回收的垃圾。您也可以把瓶子用于插花工艺创作方面等

19. 收到的瓶子和图片上不符

    多出现在邮寄单的情况,为了避免在运输过程中碎裂,会换成更结实的瓶子。图片里长方体的瓶子一般用在配送单里比较多。两者只是形状不太一样,分量都是一致的

20. 熬夜水的人参可以吃吗

    熬夜水喝完后可以加水继续泡至少7次,里面的人参可以直接吃

Prepare in advance:

Please confirm your address is correct and wait at home on the day of delivery, and provide a phone number where you can be reached.
On the day of delivery:
1. Since our products are sent immediately after being freshly stewed, and do not contain preservatives and additives, please be sure to wait for your takeaway at home during the delivery time. Check immediately upon receipt and refrigerate.
2. We will use cold fresh packaging + ice packs to create a refrigerated space in the takeaway box throughout the whole process. You need to put it in the refrigerator as soon as possible. If there is any problem, please contact customer service within two hours after delivery. Due to fresh food, we will not be responsible for two hours after the delivery time, please understand.
3. If you live in an area where items are easy to lose, please be sure to add $4.95 UPS signature service. Guarantee that the takeaway will not be lost
If there is no description, there will be no signature service by default, and we will not be responsible for lost packages.
After adding the signature service, you need to sign the takeaway in time to avoid being returned without signing for it. If the package is returned to the carrier due to personal failure to sign for it, we will not be responsible for the deterioration of the bird's nest.
Refund:
If there is any damage when receiving the takeaway, please contact the customer service immediately after receiving it, do not discard any packaging, and take 7 damaged photos from different angles according to the guide sent by the customer service. We can assist you and the courier company to appeal and obtain compensation. An appeal cannot be made for you without a photo that meets the requirements.
