Guidelines for Consuming Bird's Nest During Pregnancy

First Trimester (Weeks 1 to 12): During this stage, the baby's brain development begins, making nutritional supplementation crucial for fetal development. Focus on nutrient intake during this period, consuming 3-5g of dry bird's nest per serving every day or every other day. It is best to consume it on an empty stomach in the morning and evening.

Second Trimester (Weeks 13 to 27): Morning sickness typically subsides during this period, and it becomes a critical time for the growth and development of the baby. Mothers can incorporate bird's nest into their preferred recipes during this time, but be cautious not to consume excessive desserts to prevent the occurrence of gestational diabetes.

Third Trimester (Weeks 28 to 40): During this period, the mother's abdomen rapidly expands, and fatigue, leg swelling, varicose veins, and other discomforts may arise. It is recommended for mothers in this stage to consume bird's nest in the morning, which can help maintain energy levels throughout the day.
